Описание: Friends, today I am sharing Punjabi mix vegetable pickle recipe | Mix Veg Pickle Recipe | Mixed Achar Recipe | पंजाबी मिक्स वेज आचार | પંજાબી મિક્સ વેજીટેબલ અથાણું રેસીપી.

This Pickle is made using a mix of vegetables, Indian spices and condiments. This pickle is quite easy to make and it is usually served with all meal in most part of India.

This pickle greatly accompany with paranthas, roti, bhakhri in the breakfast and also with any meal. It is quite popular in Punjab & whole India. It is served in many dhabas with parathas and curd.

In this video, this pickle is made by my elder sister Rupaben and we all like this pickle made by her. I hope you would like this recipe to try at home.

INGREDIENTS:
500 grams Rajapuri Mango (राजापुरी आम)
250 grams Carrots (गाजर)
250 grams Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च)
100 grams Ginger (अदरक)
50 grams Kerda soaked in Turmeric Salt Warer for 15 days
५० ग्राम केरडा - हल्दी नमक वाले पानी में १५ दिन भिगोए हुए
8 to 10 nos. Lemon soaked in Turmeric Salt water for a week
८ से १० निम्बू - एक हप्ते तक हल्दी नमक के पानी में भिगोए हुए
100 grams Split Mustard Seeds (राय का कुरिया)
20 grams Methi Kuriya (मेथी का कुरिया)
10 grams Split Coriander (धनिया कुरिया)
20 grams Saunf (सौंफ)
15 grams Hing (हिंग)
4 tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
75 grams Red Chilli (लाल मिर्च)
50 grams Salt (नमक)
200 ml Warm Peanut Oil (हल्का गर्म मूंगफली का तेल)
¾ cup White Cooking Vinegar (विनेगर)
