In video 134 we showed you how to Register for the New SmartAccess portal. Now I’m going to take you through the steps to purchase your KE2 Smart Access licenses.

Go to SmartAccess.ke2therm.net and log in. This will bring you to your Smart Access dashboard.

If you are transitioning sites from the KE2 Therm’s previous Smart Access portal, you will see the controllers that are connected to the site, but they are displayed as unlicensed.

A license is required for each controller or sensor you wish to access or monitor.
To purchase licenses, hover over the Account tab near the top right, then select subscription, then select plan. This takes us to the Select Portal Plan screen

The two portal options are Advanced and Enterprise.
To the left of the Advanced column price list is a Price Calculator for 1-year of licenses. Here you can enter the number of sub-users, controllers and sensors and figure your total cost.

The Advanced level offers unlimited sites and you can assign up to 10 sub-users with full control or read only access.
Additional sub-users can be added for one dollar a year, up to 250 sub-users.

Our Enterprise level, allows unlimited sites and p to 50 sub-users, and includes added features like system account logging, so you can see who logged in and from where, you can email scheduled reports, allows for additional sub-users, and virtual groups.

Click Get Started and a summary page shows up, as well as the fields for your credit card information.
Once the credit card information is filled in, click Subscribe.

Now when you return to the dashboard the controllers will be active, and real time date is displayed.

To Purchase Enterprise level access, click Contact Us in the Enterprise column. After filling in the requested information on the Contact form, click submit.

Your request will be received by KE2 Therm and someone from our sales team will contact you with an estimate, and to assist you in setting up your Enterprise access.
