Guys! I'm at the amazing Blanco Museum in Bali to cook together with the great award-winning chef Mandif Warokka! Mandif teaches me to make a traditional Balinese "Sambal Matah" to serve on top of an incredible piece of grilled sustainable Albacore Tuna! My trip to Indonesia was so inspiring, and I've learned a lot of the local cuisine and the lovely people.
