In September 2018 we visited Saltstraumen outside Bodø. This is one of the strongest tidal currents in the worlds and the marine life is spectacular. It is extremely important to know where and when to enter the water in order to do this type of diving safely. We joined a dive gathering organized by Bodø Sportsdykkerklubb and Saltstraumen Dykkecamp. With local divers as guides, we enjoyed three fantastic dives in Sundstraumen, Åselistraumen and Saltstraumen.
