AYGF-BLOOM INITIATIVE IDE 2026

Описание: Nigeria continues to grapple with a severe education crisis, with recent UNICEF estimates showing nearly 19 million children out of school across the country, accounting for one of the highest rates of educational exclusion globally.
Through the BLOOM (Bridging Learning Opportunities for Out-of-School Minors) project, AYGF is stepping into the gap by providing life-changing opportunities for children who have been left behind. BLOOM aligns with SDG 4 — Quality Education for All and directly tackles barriers to learning by enrolling vulnerable children back into structured education pathways, expanding community awareness, and creating enabling learning environments.
In this video, we reflect on the meaningful progress made — from getting children off the streets and into classrooms, to empowering families and communities with hope and opportunity. Yet, the need is vast, and the journey continues.
We call on partners, stakeholders, and communities to join AYGF in scaling up the BLOOM initiative, ensuring that every child in Nigeria can access the education they deserve and reach their fullest potential.
