Boyapati Ramanjaneyulu

Boyapati Ramanjaneyulu (born in Velpuru, Savalyapuram Mandal, Andhra Pradesh) is an Indian politician, social service activist, and entrepreneur. He is currently the Congress Party In-Charge for the Vinukonda Constituency in Palnadu District, Andhra Pradesh.

Early life and education

Ramanjaneyulu completed his schooling at ZPHS Velpuru and later studied Intermediate at Krishnaveni Degree College, Narasaraopeta. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from JKC College, Guntur, followed by an MCA from NEC, Guntur. He later obtained an LLB from Osmania University.

Political career

Ramanjaneyulu has been associated with the Indian National Congress since 2005 and is a follower of former Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy. He has served in various positions within the party, including:
• Professional Congress
• General Secretary, Palnadu District Congress

In November 2024, he was appointed Congress Party In-Charge for the Vinukonda Assembly Constituency under the leadership of APCC President Y. S. Sharmila Reddy.

Ramanjaneyulu strongly supports the leadership of Rahul Gandhi and aims to strengthen the party in the region ahead of the 2029 elections.

Social service

Ramanjaneyulu founded Vihaan Foundation, a charitable organization that has conducted various community welfare activities, including:
• Distribution of vegetables and groceries during the COVID-19 lockdown
• Scholarships and awards to school students
• Support to poor families and youth

He is known for initiating education and employment programs for unemployed youth.
