Weybridge Station is located in Surrey and serves as an important stop on the South Western Railway network. Positioned on the main line between London Waterloo and Woking, the station also sees services branching off towards Basingstoke and Alton. It’s a busy commuter hub with frequent local and regional services, as well as occasional non-passenger and depot movements. During this visit, a wide variety of South Western Railway units were seen — ranging from the newer Class 701s to long-serving electric and diesel units, reflecting the mix of modernisation and heritage across the network.
