Chicago-based vascular surgeon Michael David McKee is set to be arraigned after being charged with murdering his ex-wife Monique and her husband Ohio dentist Spencer Tepe. According to court documents, investigators tracked a suspect to “a vehicle which arrived just prior to the homicide and left shortly after the homicide.” NBC’s Erin McLaughlin reports for TODAY.
