ALL roads lead to south Mayo when the Mayo County Ploughing Championships took place on Sunday, April 21, on The Cloghans Hill Farms, Cloghans Hill (H54 VF53).
This was the 42nd year of the ploughing, which is always a big day out in the farming community's calendar in the county, and beyond.
All ploughing classes were covered on the day and visitors also got to enjoy a range of trade stands, sheep dog trials and dog shows, plus there will be great musical entertainment too.
