Описание: Happy new year brothers! I decided to share with you my 2022 reps training plan which contains 4 routines. Here we've got second part where I did a ladder of Chin-Ups, Australian Pull-ups and Straight Bar Dips. The routine starts from 10 reps each, going down to 2 and finish with 30 Lunges.
