POTREBNE NAMIRNICE:
Za testo je potrebno:
• 150 ml mlakog mleka
• 8 g suvog ili 25 g svežeg kvasca
• 1 kašičica šećera
• 50 ml ulja
• 50 ml jogurta
• 1 jaje
• 450 g brašna
Za fil je potrebno:
• 300 g iseckanog spanaća
• 300 g sira
• 3 jaja
Testo podeliti na 2 jednaka dela, razvući testo u jednu veću koru
Za premazivanje kora je potrebno :
• 150 g putera
• 1 žumance
Filovati pripremljenim filom, umotati u štrudlu zatim iseći na rolnice (širina rolnica po vašem izboru)
Staviti papir za pečenje u pleh , poređati sa malim razmakom između.
Pre pečenja ostaviti testo da odmori 10 minuta
Premazati jednim umućenim žumancetom i posuti susamom
Peći na 200°C (390°F) 25-30 minuta.
Pokriti papirom za pečenje kada testo dobije zlatno žutu boju.

INGREDIENTS:
For the dough you need:
• 150 ml of warm milk
• 8 g of dry or 25 g of fresh yeast
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• 50 ml of oil
• 50 ml of yogurt
• 1 egg
• 450 g of flour
For the filling you need:
• 300 g of chopped spinach
• 300 g of cheese
• 3 eggs
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, roll out the dough into one larger crust
For the crust coating you need:
• 150 g of butter
• 1 egg yolk
Fill with prepared filling, wrap in strudel, then cut into rolls (roll width of your choice)
Put the baking paper in a baking tray, arrange them with a small gap between them.
Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes before baking
Brush with one beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Cover with baking paper when the dough turns golden yellow.
