SHOCKING! Padmavati director Sanjay Leela Bhansali beaten up in Rajasthan
Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been beaten up in Rajasthan during the shoot of his upcoming film Padmavati, by the members of Rajput Karni Sena. The protestors vandalized the sets of his film at the Jaigarh fort and beat him up for showing the much-celebrated Rajput queen in poor light.
They shouted protests and alleged that the film has love scenes between Queen Padmini and ruler Alauddin Khilji, played by actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.

The Rajput Karni Sena has demanded that Mr Bhansali delete such scenes in the film if any.
