In this video, we wake up early at 6am to start our day in our African village. The rainy season is approaching, so we are busy preparing our homestead. Our neighbors come to help us build a chicken coop using natural materials that are freely available in the village.
The chicken coop has two floors where chicks and mother hens sleep downstairs while the big chickens sleep upstairs. Later, we cook delicious South African steamed bread and beef stew. Grandpa prepares a wonderful meal, and we all share the food together as a family.
This is a simple day of African village life as we prepare for the coming rains. 🌧️🏡
