Master the Macaco (Soft Acrobatics, Capoeira)

Описание: The Macaco is a beautiful and relatively easy to learn acrobatic move. It is used in many disciplines, probably originated in Capoeira but now also seen in Tricking, Parkour, Circus, Dance and more.

There are many ways to learn this one - here is one of many approaches. We focus on various mechanics that are present in this one, from pulling, pushing, jumping and landing. Thanks to Sarah (@sarah.mila_coaching) we can see the approach directly applied to a real life learning process!
