Chris Brown Surfing Tribute

Описание: Chris Brown was one of my favorite surfers of all time. We were about the same age and though I never met him and never even saw him surf in person, I wore out my VCR in the early 90's watching him surf. His style was second to none and still ranks as one of the best ever. I was disappointed when I read a mag interview in the mid 90's that he was walking away from the world tour, but also admired the fact that he was pursuing life the way he wanted it; not selling his soul for fame and fortune. Over the years I would sometimes search for youtube footage, but found little. With his recent tragic passing I took some time to pull out my old VHS tapes and put together something so that everybody can appreciate the legendary Brownie.

The following footage is from his 1992 season on the Bud Pro Surf Tour in California. It is posted only for enjoyment and to document surfing history. Enjoy.
