Welcome to a Shanghai Flyer flight report, for those of you who already subscribed a warm welcome back :)
This is a review of my recent flight with Cathay Pacific from New York to Hong Kong in Business Class. Although I’ve flown CX’s business class before this is the first time I fly a day time long haul flight, it was bright outside for the 16 hours of flight, thus, I also had an opportunity to try the full meal service from CX since they only have a shortened service for midnight departure.
The flight it self was what I was expecting. Cathay Pacific’s business class has been going down slope through all the cost cuts and factors. After flying with Eva Air across the pacific in March, I’d say the only thing left that makes me fly with Cathay is my loyalty with them since I was a child and the considerable price in Business Class nowadays.
