Trump Turnberry to Dumfries – Scotland’s Hidden B741 Road”

Описание: Today we’re leaving the Premier Inn in Ayr and heading down the coast to Turnberry.

Home to the world-famous Trump Turnberry — owned by President Donald Trump — this place is immaculate. He’s invested a fortune into the course, and it shows. The grounds are pristine… and they’re flying one of the biggest Scottish flags we’ve ever seen.

From there, we stop off at the lovely Balkenna Tea Room for a coffee and a slice of cake. Just across the water sits Ailsa Craig — the famous island where the granite for Olympic curling stones is quarried. A small island with a huge sporting legacy.

After that, we head back towards Girvan… and then things take an unexpected turn.

We pick up the B741 — completely by accident — and it turns out to be an absolute hidden gem of a road. Sweeping through the Lowlands, cutting straight across Scotland, it’s one of those drives you don’t plan… but end up loving.

The road takes us all the way to Dumfries, where we wrap up today’s video.
