So there's something that first time home buyers and experienced home buyers need to understand. If your mortgage payment goes up, it's not because you had an increase in rate or your mortgage company changed something. The potential of it changing is because one, your homeowner's insurance has increased.
So you definitely wanna reach out to the company that has your homeowner's insurance policy and see why there was a rate increase to every year. Uh, property taxes get reassessed, and if there's been more sales and higher prices, your taxes could go up. So for two things, your homeowner's insurance could have went up and or your property taxes could have went up, and that's why your mortgage payment increased.
