This presentation tries to answer these queries apart from discussing the crowding out effect fiscal policy. Also one interesting conclusion would be How inflation affects fiscal deficit policy or atleast how inflation should affect the fiscal deficit policy of the government. We would also be discussing the phenomenon of crowding out effect macroecnomics of private investment as a result of funding fiscal deficit of the government without printing money in the hope that may not cause inflation in the economy.

We would compare and contrast the two approaches wherein the Fiscal deficit is funded with crowding out effect of private investments & in the other wherein the fiscal deficit is funded using money printing by the government.
