Last year, we gathered chefs, farmers, organizations, and community members to explore food waste and creative solutions rooted in care, culture, and collaboration.

In 2026, we’re expanding the conversation.

This year’s Cooking for Change looks beyond food waste alone and into the circular food economy — celebrating seed keepers, regenerative growers, Indigenous-led food sovereignty organizations, chefs, and businesses shaping more resilient food systems.

This is an invitation to gather, learn, and connect.

What to expect:
