This candied orange peel is super easy to make. Also, it’s good for your digestive system, I usually eat 2 or 3 pieces after lunch or dinner because I have a stomach problem.
My sister recorded this for me as I told her many of you have asked for the recipe. Simply follow the video throughout the process. The orange peel and the sugar can be equal parts
If you’re using 4 cups of orange peels then add 4 cups of sugar ( it’s okay to use less sugar, it won’t affect the outcome of the candy)
For example: I use 2 cups of orange peel and 1 cup of sugar. ( came out the same but less sweeter)
The amount of sugar can cut in half the amount of the orange peels
