👉👉REAL ESTATE MARKET WATCH WEEK ENDING April 22nd 2024
THIS IS FOR THE ENTIRE PIKES PEAK MLS TO INCLUDE SINGLE FAMILY HOMES, PATIO HOMES, CONDOS AND TOWNHOMES.

👉👉Let's talk about new listings for this week. We had 384 new active listings. 74 homes came back on the market. This gives us 458 new active listings for this week.

👉👉This week we have 187 homes under contract, 226 pending for a total of 413 homes off the market. This brings us to a positive in inventory by + 45 this week.

👉👉Price decreases were at 332 this week.

👉👉Withdrawn - 10, cancelled - 51 and expired -10 which leaves us with another 71 homes off the market this week.

👉👉Now the most important aspect of this is the homes sold last week 237. Homes sold this week were at 245 which gives us plus + 8 week over week.
