In this video, I'm showing you how to build your own DIY passive Attenuator stomp box. This pedal is designed for use with digital devices, guitar pedals, preamps, and other devices that have too much level for digital devices to accept. It doesn't color the sounds, and it's not a Power Attenuator.
I've built it in a jar; you can also use a stomp pedal box and add a True Bypass switch.
Parts for building:
2x Input jacks
1x A1M Pot
2x 120 pf capacitor (500v)
Schematic is in the video also on the end of the video I'm demonstrating one example of how to use it.
