In this Tour we walked along some streets of the elegant Nomentano district.
This neighborhood, officially established in 1921, is located in the north-east of the city behind the Aurelian Walls.
The Nomentano district is developed along the Nomentana street (from which it takes its name) and borders with the Salario and Trieste districts (north-west), with the Pietralata district (east), with the Tiburtino district (south) and with the Castro Pretorio district (south-west).
We started the tour from Via Nomentana in front of the Korean Cultural Institute. From there we took Via dei Villini, a street built in the late 19th century that has elegant, high-end buildings on its sides.
We continued along Via di Villa Patrizi, another elegant street, to Piazza Galeno. We ended the tour at Villa Torlonia near the Serra Moresca.
