Описание: The divine spirit of Krishna Janmashtami shone brightly at Sri Sathya Sai Vaatsalyam as the Ashram and surrounding villages came together in a celebration of love, music, and devotion.

The morning began with the Maha Abhishekam to Sri Radhika Ramana Venugopala Swamy at the Sri Sathya Sai Sadashivam Hall. Amidst veda chanting, bhajans, and the soulful strains of Nadaswaram and Thavil, the deities were bathed in sacred offerings and adorned in radiant alankaram. The rituals continued with Gau Pooja—reverently honouring cows as symbols of abundance—and the release of white pigeons, a gesture of peace and freedom.

As dusk fell, the Ashram came alive with the Govardana Giri Mahotsavam, commemorating Krishna’s divine leela of lifting the Govardhana hill. Hundreds of villagers joined devotees for the Annakoototsavam, where the sacred form of Vittala Rakumayi was beautifully created with rice, followed by the fragrant Pushpa Yaagam. The evening culminated in the breathtaking darshan of flower-adorned Sri Venugopala Swami and Radhika Devi.
