👩🍳 Recipes
Oven-Baked Chicken
Marinade:
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp oregano
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp finely minced garlic
• ¼ cup melted butter
Other ingredients:
• 4 chicken drumsticks
• 4 potatoes
• 2 carrots
Beet Salad
• 3 beets
• ½ cup sliced onion (feather-cut / thinly sliced)
• A handful of cilantro
• ⅓ cup walnuts
• Salt, lemon juice, and olive oil (to taste)
Cherry Tiramisu
Cherry syrup:
• 2 cups cherries
• 1 cup water (added gradually)
• ½ cup sugar
• Juice of half a lemon
Cheese cream:
• ½ liter heavy whipping cream
• 500 g mascarpone cheese
• 120–150 g powdered sugar
Also:
• Ladyfingers (or sponge fingers)
• Coffee, for soaking the cookies
