Hello! Today is the recipe for the classic creamy panna cotta. I have already made coconut panna cotta, and I like this one more)) write which panna cotta you like more, the classic version or other options (coconut, chocolate, matcha ...) In this recipe, the second layer is berry jelly, which is excellent matches the creamy taste of panna cotta ;)
INGREDIENTS:
For panna cotta:
50ml water
2 tsp powdered gelatin
250ml heavy cream
200ml milk
50g granulated sugar
For berry jelly:
50ml water
1 tsp powdered gelatine
200g berry mix (I use frozen)
50g granulated sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
COOKING METHOD:
1. Soak gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
2. Pour heavy cream, milk, and sugar into a saucepan, stir. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
3. Add the soaked gelatin, stir until dissolved, and cool to room temperature.
4. Pour the cooled liquid into serving glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
5. In a saucepan, soak the gelatin for 5 minutes.
6. Pour in the berry mix (I used frozen), sugar, and lemon juice, mix. Simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Rub through a sieve and cool to room temperature.
8. Pour jelly over the panna cotta. Refrigerate before serving (at least 2 hours). Decorate with berries.
