Finally got my Axial SCX6X6 close to being complete. I created a pass through differential cover, extended the rear frame, shortened a stock drive shaft, and created a 4 link suspension using all thread that will have an outer sleeve for strength. This is my first driveable version that has been able to take some full throttle abuse while climbing the stairs in my house, without breaking something. So I'm pretty happy with the results so far.
My next version of the rear extension I will print, has provisions for metal braces that will tie into the stock rear shock towers, in order to add more support to the frame extension, since I'm worried about the amount of stress put on it while crawling up rocks and such.
I will also be designing an extent for the rear of the roll cage that will connect to the frame extension so the body can still pivot open.
I'll post more videos as I test it out and complete it.
