Описание: During Tim’s recent visit to Hong Kong, we had the honor of hosting an intergenerational gathering with Gie Hoo Seng and Osage Gallery, bringing rare vintage puerh teas to life alongside art, design, and unlikely conversation.

Since 1901, Gie Hoo Seng has carried forward a simple yet enduring mission: to share the restorative and nourishing qualities of puerh tea. Now in our fifth generation, we continue this legacy overseas, cultivating meaningful moments with tea drinkers from the West.

Our core teas are sourced from old-growth trees in high-elevation forests, carefully crafted into cakes, and naturally aged in Hong Kong’s unique climate. Some have been maturing for decades—30, 50, even 70 years—each revealing new layers of flavor, character, and story. From the delicate Spring Orchid Flower Tribute Cake of the 2000s, to the legendary 1958 Guang Yun Tribute Sheng Cake, every tea captures a season, a memory, and a spirit.
