Knee Tangle
• Climb up silk and hang with straight arms.
• Create 3 over-wrap wraps around one leg and flex the foot. Separate the poles and begin to invert through the poles.
• Let the free leg pass through while the wrapped leg knee hooks on the same-side pole as leg with the pole on the inside of the knee.
• From here, you can play with shapes or take the free leg under and around to knee hook and make your way to a seated position.
This is a great transitional move and you can absolutely play with spinning and the different shapes!
