EGG CURRY यसरी बनाउनुहोस सारै मीठो हुन्छ

Boil the 4 eggs
To fry the eggs
1 tbsp oil
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
1/3 tsp red chili powder
Again, in a pan add 2 tbsp oil
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds
Cardamoms, cloves, bay leaves
2 dried chilies
Add 1 medium sized chopped onion
Sauté the onion till it becomes golden brown in color
Add 1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp cumin and coriander powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp red chili powder
Add 2 medium sized tomato puree (canned or fresh)
Salt as per the taste
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
Again, cover and cook for 2 - 3 minutes
Garnish with chopped cilantro
