Nabe
-Water : 1L
-Kelp (Dashi Kelp from Hokkaido) : 20g
-Cooking sake : 100ml
-Soy sauce : 30ml
-Japanese leek : preferred amount
-Hakusai : preferred amount
-Shiitake mushroom : preferred amount
-Enoki mushroom : preferred amount
-Pork : preferred amount
●How to cook
Nabe
1. Soak the dashi kelp in the water for 20 minutes (0:30~2:24)
2. Cut the ingredients (2:25~5:02)
3. Cut the kelp into small pieces (5:03~6:08)
4. Put the kelp back in the dashi water, Add cooking sake, Turn on the stove (6:09~7:13)
5. Wait for the water to boil, Add soy sauce, Put all ingredients (7:14~10:06)
6. Boil all ingredients until they are soft (10:07~11:18)
