Nitin Immanuel: Automation, Engine Development, and E-Mobility

Описание: After 7,5 years of incredible work and innovation, we sat down with Nitin for a special exit interview, reflecting on a journey that spans across automation, powertrain engineering, and electric mobility. ⚙️⚡

Starting his career at Volvo Penta, Nitin worked on engine testing and calibration for emission certification, later coordinating verification and validation projects for global engine programs. He went on to share his expertise as a lecturer in electric motor systems, before joining Orkla as an automation engineer, leading process improvement and automation projects, even contributing to the relocation of their factory to Riga, Latvia.

Most recently, Nitin took on advanced roles in electric drive systems, from inverter hardware development at Aurobay to control system architecture at FlexLink, where he helped shape new HMI standards and software solutions.

In this episode, Nitin shares insights from his diverse engineering journey, his lessons in leadership and problem-solving, and his thoughts on the future of industrial automation and e-mobility.
