Описание: This Centre has been established in the memory of Dr. G.P. Sinha, a renowned Professor of Patna University and a scholar of International repute who apart from being an academician of high stature was a very kind hearted man who all along his life struggled for the rights of the oppressed and the down trodden people of the society and who was highly sensitive to any tragic incident may it be a disaster like the Bhopal Gas tragedy.
Every year we organize a guest lecture on the birth anniversary of Late Prof. G.P. Sinha on 1st September. Earlier Mr. V. K. Sharma, Hon'ble Chairman Sikkam Disaster Management Authority,

Mr. Chandrashekhar Pran, Panchayati Raj Expert & many other distinguished scholars have delivered lecture on this occasion. In this series we propose to organize a webinar on "Increasing incidents of Lightning in Bihar and the way out" to be organized on 1st Sept. 2022 at 11 AM.
