Retinal laser is commonly used for:
Laser retinopexy - walling off a retinal tear or detachment
Panretinal photocoagulation - controlling abnormal blood vessel growth in the retina due to conditions such as diabetic retinopathy and vascular occlusions, such as CRVO and BRVO
Micropulse or sub-threshold laser - for swelling in the central retina, such as macular oedema or central serous chorioretinopathy (CSR)
