The information leads back to hour 8 of the 24, so roughly at 1/3rd of the livestream. This was around 19:00 till 20:00.
Its some time after the first meltdown, when power was restored, all initial damages were fixed, and the readings were back to regular levels, we needed to make sure the grid was available for testing at high powers again.

Therefore we instructed one of our knights to deliver a powerful drive through the mainframe, and so he did.
Armed with dark millennium tracks he proceeded and drove static through the CPU.
We checked the levels and for the full hour we were focussed on seeing abnormalities.
We needed to make sure that our next experiment, which would consist of gathering information from the rift through black vinyl by Tha Rule. That was going to be a risky business, and we wanted to make sure we got the proper data and ideas. We couldn't handle a next blackout.
We let our knight pull up the power even further, to make sure what the limits of our grid were, and it proved succesfull, as long as the power was dosed gradually.
