Описание:
One of the best salads for picnic, a meal, or side salad. Simple and easy to make, and holds up because there is no lettuce involved!
1 C Celery
1 Apple
1 - 2 small carrots
Raisins or dates 1/2 C
Cucumber ( if you like them. I love them, Erik does not so mine is without)
Parmesan cheese
I added boiled eggs, radishes, cilantro and jalapeño to mine as well.
Chop all vegetables and put in a bowl.
Dressing:
2 TBS Plain Yogurt or Sour Cream
1/2 TBS honey
1 TBS Olive Oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
