Overall, I recommend this as a Great EDC AA Backup Flashlight. The Nichia version looks Incredible, and is worth the few extra bucks. The ACEBEAM is a good value option, because it comes with a Rechargeable 14500 Battery, and Costs Less. For Carry, I will be using the Lumintop Tool over my newly acquired ACEBEAM :)
