Bogmalo is a small beach-side village in Goa, India. It is situated in a small bay with around a mile of curving sandy beach.
The beach is located about 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) from Dabolim Airport and 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) from the port town of Vasco da Gama. It is known to host conferences for AIESEC India every June or July.
A quiet beach in South Goa, Bogmalo is the destination for those beach lovers who want to spend sometime enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Bogmalo has once been a tiny fishing shore but now it attracts plenty of leisure seekers who can laze around on its golden sand, hangout at its handful beach shacks, and swim in its waters.
Even though Bogmalo is known for its lazy vibes, one can enjoy watersports like water skiing and windsurfing. For dolphin sighting, one has to go a short distance away from the shore.
