RTÉ had a fully trained healthcare assistant go undercover to document the standard of care at their Beneavin Manor facility in Dublin.
In one incident captured during filming, a elderly resident with lewy dementia was moved at pace down a corridor while another carer held him by the waistband of his trousers.
