Homeowners thought they needed a new roof because of the leaks they were experiencing. I got up there and the shingles were in fine shape and they only had ten years on twenty year shingles. I found the attic vents warped and not secured to the deck. I screwed them all down and tarred around all the vents and stacks. I had to replace the rubber boots around two vent pipes and replace a few shingles.
