I went out to research the the south west end of the lake near were I had an encounter about 14 yrs ago . I had been to the area four days ago to do the same . On that occasion I heard water splashing that sounded like foot steps along the shore . I saw nothing that made the sounds but when I reviewed the footage at home I found what looks like a face looking at me through the undergrowth . It may not be but , it does look like one .
Today I found evidence that a creature was possibly in this very area . . A flattened area was recorded that seems to suggest that an animal was sitting or laying . This is all very close to the spot where the slashing occurred .
I dropped the F bomb ....sorry , I was tense .
