From its deliciously tender pulled chicken, cheese, and veggie filling to its delicate pizza crust exterior, this dish is truly the best of both worlds. Why settle for one delicious dish, when you can have two at the same time?! 

Ingredients:

For the pulled chicken:

1 bunch of cilantro
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz tomato sauce
2 chicken breasts
salt & pepper to taste
8 oz garlic & herb butter

For the chicken empanada pizza pie:

2 sheets of pizza dough
8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 oz fresh spinach
3 oz roasted red peppers
1 white onion, sliced
8 oz sliced green olives
4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
pulled chicken
4 red jalapeño peppers, sliced
chili oil to taste
