Meet the Speaker
Ann Lima, MD, MPH, FAAFP, is a physician at Clearwater Valley Health in Orofino. Dr. Lima prides herself as being a rural family doctor, specializing in all aspects of medicine, including emergency medicine, hospital medicine, primary care, and obstetrics. She has been a panelist and participant in multiple ECHO Idaho programs. She serves as a clinical instructor for WWAMI/UW School of Medicine, a guest lecturer for Idaho medical students, and precepts for various levels of learners including medical students, residents from multiple programs, NP and PA students. She serves as the medical director for Clearwater County Ambulance District and Back Country Medics Search and Rescue, serves on the Idaho State Emergency Medical Services Physicians Commission, and is a medical director for local hospice patients through Elite Home Health and Hospice. She started a walking program, “Walk with the Docs,” to promote safe spaces to exercise with local healthcare providers. The Mary Lou Triathlon she started in 2020 is a growing local event. In her free time, she enjoys anything active, being outside, traveling, and volunteering for various local non-profit organizations.
