Welcome friends! Join me today for a rejuvenating yoga flow that incorporates essential yoga poses for improved flexibility. We'll move through a fluid sequence of yoga poses, including a foundational downward facing dog and dynamic lunge variations, before winding down and getting into deeper hamstrings stretches and splits.
Props are always optional but always encouraged, so grab a few blocks if you have them, find a quiet place to settle in, and let's flow our way to some wonderful stretches!
