Many unwary travelers have been shaken by a disturbing sight along the highway 5 in Northern Finland. Almost a thousand wooden figures silently stand vigil in a desolate field, each uniquely clothed and with a torn piece of turf as a head.
All photography taken and edited by Veleda Thorsson-Heikkinen. Video editing by Tatu Heikkinen. Sounds by Spawn of Ash.
