This video will help you learn anything you need to know to help you clear with Nidalee.
Runes (besides rune stats) don't impact clear at all, so ignore the random stuff I used while clearing. Normal runes: https://i.imgur.com/1YHLgUW.png
There's some advanced stuff in the clears, so I recommend you practice it a bit. You can also skip out on some of the advanced stuff (like double camping) until you get more comfortable with the champion.
