📝 Ingredients for 8 Gözleme
𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 (𝟲𝟴𝟱𝗴) 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟴 𝗚ö𝘇𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲 (26cm diameter)
400g flour (we mixed our flour: 250g wheat flour type 405 mixed with 150g atta flour, wholemeal)
260ml warm water
½ tsp salt
pinch of sugar
2 tbsp oil
T̳h̳e̳ ̳f̳i̳l̳l̳i̳n̳g̳s̳ ̳a̳r̳e̳ ̳e̳n̳o̳u̳g̳h̳ ̳f̳o̳r̳ ̳4̳ ̳G̳ö̳z̳l̳e̳m̳e̳ ̳e̳a̳c̳h̳
𝟭. 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 (400g) – Ispanaklı Gözleme
1 mild onion (150g)
150–200g feta cheese
250g fresh spinach (or 150g frozen)
50g fresh flat-leaf parsley
salt (optional)
pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

1 mild onion (150g) or leek
3 potatoes (250g)
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp tomato puree
1 tsp paprika paste
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
salt

pinch of nutmeg
2 tbsp olive oil
