Between "The Frozen Eternal Capital" and "The Reversed Wheel of Fortune" I liked Stage 4 Theme arrange more so I'm going to uploaded this instead. "The Reversed Wheel of Fortune" was a good arrange. It depicts the rush you were having while fighting againist Sagume which is a nice thing. However and somehow I didn't like the way it was arranged in this way. This theme should arranged in a way opposite of the feeling it gives. So if you have rushed and rough tunes then when it is arranged then it should depict opposite smooth and soft feeling instead in my opinion.
