Maple breakfast sausage :
50/50 venison/pork butt
Cut and ground mix
Recipe: venison breakfast sausage 
Ingredients:
5 pounds of deer meat mix
1 1/2 cups of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of kosher salt
1 tablespoon fine ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon tablespoons of rubbed sage 
1/2 cup of ice water
Directions:
Mixed spices with ice water
Add spices with maple syrup and meat into mixer
Mixed for two minutes
Make sure all is combined
Let it cool
Vacuum seal
Freeze up to one year
